I also have great admiration for Michelle Dozois. About 8 or 9 years ago I was in the best shape of my life and her Pilates, Yoga & Ballet dvd shaped my body and core like nothing else did.
Walking also has transformed my body in the past. I used to walk during lunch for about 35 minutes and it helped so much. I really like Leslie Sansone. She probably is the most perky person ever.
And I'll wrap up this love fest with Denise Austin. She would always say thing during the exercise that would encourage me and push me harder.
